Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, access wallet features, or participate in paid tournaments. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Users in jurisdictions where online gaming or prize competitions are prohibited by law are not permitted to participate in paid tournaments. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must verify your email address before accessing wallet features. Identity verification (KYC) is required before depositing funds or withdrawing winnings.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent KYC requirements, abuse referral bonuses, or gain any other unfair advantage. Accounts found to be in violation will be permanently banned and any funds held may be forfeited.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit answers or manipulate scores.
• Collude with other players to rig tournament outcomes.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; you must report these to our support team immediately.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for breach of these rules without prior notice and without liability to you.

All monetary values displayed on the Platform are in the currency associated with your registered country. Deposits are processed through Paystack and are subject to Paystack's own terms and policies.

Monthly deposit limits apply per KYC tier. Deposits that exceed your tier limit will be refused before any payment is initiated; you will not be charged.

Withdrawal requests are subject to manual review by our team. We aim to process requests within 3–5 business days. We reserve the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Wallet balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform except through the withdrawal process described herein.

By joining a paid tournament you agree to pay the listed entry fee, which is immediately debited from your wallet balance. Entry fees are non-refundable except where:

• The tournament lobby expires before reaching the required number of players.
• The tournament is cancelled by an administrator.
• A verified technical error on our side prevented you from completing your entry.

Prize amounts displayed are gross figures before the platform fee (if any), which is deducted from the total prize pool and is visible in the tournament details before you join.

Anti-cheat measures are applied automatically. Entries flagged as suspicious may be held pending manual review. Prizes will not be paid for entries confirmed to have cheated; such accounts will be banned.

We are required by applicable law and our payment partners to verify the identity of users accessing financial features. KYC is conducted through Dojah and may involve verification of your BVN (Nigeria), TIN (Ghana), National ID (South Africa/Kenya), or bank account.

You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your identity information for these purposes. Providing false identity information is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the Platform including but not limited to the Crest Spell Quest name, logo, word database, design, and software is owned by SILS CREST LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SILS CREST LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts you have deposited into your wallet in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SILS CREST LTD and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our support team for resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
